How to turn WhatsApp images into a PDF
They send you the contract over WhatsApp as four photos. Forwarding them like that looks careless and they get out of order; an ordered PDF does not.

First: get the images at the best quality you can
WhatsApp recompresses photos when sending them, which is why a photographed document arrives blurry with smudged text. If the sender still can, ask them to send it as a document rather than as a photo: WhatsApp then leaves it untouched.
If it already arrived as a photo, it still works: for reading an ID or an invoice it is usually enough.
From your phone
Open the chat, tap each image and save it to your gallery with the download icon.
Open this site in your phone browser and go to the several images into one PDF tool.
Tap the upload area and pick all the photos at once from the gallery.
Order them with the arrows and press Create a single PDF. It downloads to your phone, ready to forward.
From a computer
With WhatsApp Web, the images save to your Downloads folder with a right click. From there the process is identical: drag them all into the tool, order them and build the PDF.
Pick the right page size
- A4 if the PDF is for paperwork, an office or printing. Every page comes out the same size, with a margin.
- Fitted to the image if they are photos and you do not want white borders around them.
If the photo is hard to read
Take it again with even light, framing it square rather than at an angle. A shadow across the text ruins a document more than low resolution does, and many offices reject documents photographed sideways.
